Terms and conditions

1. Company
www.botanik.no is provided by Botanik.no AS, organization number 919608145. Information and images on the website are owned by the company or partners, and can not be copied without permission.

2. Prices
All prices on the website include VAT. in Norwegian kroner. The shopping cart shows the total price including all taxes. Shipping of NOK 89 for Porterbuddy, and NOK 149 for Bring is added to each order under 10kg. If you want delivery of larger pots and plants, we are happy to do this. The price will then be NOK 749 per started hour and you will be able to post-invoice the shipping.

3.1 Payment
Payment takes place after you have entered your personal details and clicked "Send order".

3.2 Card payment
Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your card will be charged directly.

3.2 Payment on invoice as a company 

When paying via invoice, online retailers cooperate with Two AS for IT solution (privacy policy) and Aprila Bank ASA for invoice purchases. To shop on invoice as a company, you must provide an organization number. Prerequisites for trading against an invoice include that you represent a Norwegian limited liability company with a registered address in Norway, and that you are over 18 years of age. A credit check of the company you represent will be done. All invoices are Aprila Bank ASA's property, liberating payment can only be made to Aprila Bank ASA. The invoice's payment terms can be found on the online retailer's checkout page. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and default interest will be charged. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be sent for collection.

4. Shipping
The shipping cost is NOK 149 (Porterbuddy) and NOK 250 (express daytime). Porterbuddy delivers the same evening in Oslo and the surrounding area, and the next day to Stavanger, Trondheim and Bergen. *Shipping of large plants, pots and delivery to weddings in Oslo costs NOK 1,000 incl. VAT per drop. If you want delivery during the day, this costs NOK 250 and is called express shipping during the day. 

4.1 Delivery method
We deliver the goods with Porterbuddy and Bring, as well as our own car when needed in the Oslo area. For large plants and pots we use a transport agency. 

4.2 Delivery
Everything you order from botanik.no we deliver straight to your home. with Porterbuddy as far as it goes. If you have chosen Bring, it will be delivered to your home if possible. If not, it will be delivered to the nearest collection point. NB: With Bring, it typically takes 2-3 days to get delivered. If you order after Thursday at 15, we will send out the bouquet on Monday when Bring does not deliver on the weekends and we will avoid the flowers being left at the terminal over the weekend. Our regular delivery days are all weekdays from kl. 17-21, Saturday and Sunday we do not deliver unless you have received this confirmed by us by email ([email protected]). You can also choose whether you want to be delivered during the day between 15-16 if you send us an email to [email protected] We are happy to deliver to your office if it is easier for you. All you have to do is be present, as plants and flowers can be damaged by weather and wind if left standing.

4.3 Defects or damage to delivered goods
It is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or defective when you receive your delivery. With us, you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an item should be damaged, damaged or you are not satisfied, you can contact us via [email protected] and we will of course help you! Botanik.no relates to the Consumer Purchases Act of 21 June no. 34 2002 for general rules regarding complaints. In addition, we have a 5-day shelf life guarantee on your flowers, so let us know if the flowers should wither early, so you can get a new bouquet. 

5. Refund for errors or omissions
Refunds for errors or omissions will be made within 3 days after the end of the dialogue with the customer.

6. Privacy, security and personal information
When ordering, you accept that botanik.no stores and can use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail in order to offer the best possible service. The data is used to be able to provide you with relevant information and offers, as well as to give you an overview of your customer relationship. We reserve the right to use e-mail and mobile numbers to send marketing and newsletters.

Botanik.no will be able to give third parties access to your personal information if they provide services within operation, maintenance or other technical solutions associated with the website, or if it is necessary to be able to manage your customer relationship. If you have agreed to receive marketing and newsletters, we will also be able to provide such information to third parties who are responsible for communication and marketing. Botanik.no will not share or sell your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you will have the right to review the information we have stored about you once a year.

We will keep personal information about you as long as you have a registered user account with us, but you can terminate your user account at any time by sending an email to [email protected], and your personal information will be deleted. Botanik.no can never restore your profile, but you can create a new user if you wish.

8. Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website to the computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information or shopping cart while browsing various websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place orders on the website. You can easily change this in the settings of your browser.

9.1 Force majeure
In circumstances that are not under human control and which people cannot prevent (for example, fire, extensive labor dispute, environmental disasters, etc.), an exception where the service cannot be performed will apply. Such an exception thus applies on the condition that the service cannot be performed under these circumstances.

9.2 Change of contract
After the customer has completed a purchase, Botanik.no does not have the right to change the terms of the relevant purchase unless otherwise agreed.

9.3 Disputes and laws
Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these terms shall be dealt with exclusively by a Norwegian court.
