1. Company
www.botanik.no is provided by Botanik AS, organization number 925 487 333. Information and images on the website are owned by the company or partners, and may not be copied without permission.

2. Prices
All prices on the website include VAT. in Norwegian kroner. The shopping basket shows the total price including all taxes. If you want delivery of larger pots and plants, we are happy to do this. The price will then be NOK 1,000 per started hour and you will be billed for the shipping.

3.1 Payment
Payment takes place after you have entered your personal details and pressed "Send order".

3.2 Card payment
Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your card will be charged directly.

3.2 Payment on invoice as a company 

When paying via invoice, online merchants cooperate with Two AS for IT solutions (privacy policy) and Aprila Bank ASA for invoice purchases. To shop on invoice as a business, you must enter your organization number. Prerequisites for being allowed to trade against an invoice are, among other things, that you represent a Norwegian limited company with a registered address in Norway, and that you are over 18 years of age. A credit check of the company you represent will be carried out. All invoices are the property of Aprila Bank ASA, exempt payment can only be made to Aprila Bank ASA. The invoice's payment terms can be found on the online retailer's checkout page. In case of late payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest will be charged. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be sent to debt collection.

4. Shipping
Shipping of large plants, pots and delivery to weddings in Oslo costs NOK 1,000 including VAT per drop. 

4.1 Delivery method
We deliver the goods with transport agencies such as Pol Pak Service AS & Transportserntralen. 

4.2 Delivery
We deliver everything you order from botanik.no to your home via our partners: Morgenlevering, Amoi, Foodora and Wolt. For larger plants and flowers for events, delivery is by agreement with our own transport partners. 

4.3 Errors or damage to delivered goods
It is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or defective when you receive your delivery. With us you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an item is damaged, destroyed or you are not satisfied, you can contact us via kundeservice@botanik.no and we will of course help you! Botanik.no relates to the Consumer Purchase Act of 21 June No. 34 2002 for general rules regarding complaints. 

5. Reimbursement in the event of errors or omissions
Reimbursement in the event of errors or omissions takes place within 3 days of the end of the dialogue with the customer.

6. Privacy, security and personal data
When ordering, you agree that botanik.no stores and can use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail in order to offer the best possible service. The data is used to be able to provide you with relevant information and offers, as well as to give you an overview of your customer relationship. We reserve the right to use e-mail and mobile number to send marketing and newsletters.

Botanik.no will be able to give third parties access to your personal data if they provide services within operation, maintenance or other technical solutions associated with the website, or if it is necessary to be able to manage your customer relationship. If you have agreed to receive marketing and newsletters, we will also be able to provide such information to third parties responsible for communication and marketing. Botanik.no will not share or sell your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you will have the right to review the information we have stored about you once a year.

We will keep personal data about you as long as you have a registered user account with us, but you can terminate your user account at any time by sending an email to kundeservice@botanik.no, and your personal data will be deleted. Botanik.no can never restore your profile, but you can create a new user yourself if you wish.

8. Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website to the computer where it is stored either in the memory (session cookies) or as a text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to save login information or the shopping cart while you browse various websites. If your browser is set not to accept cookies, you will not be able to place orders on the website. You can easily change this in the settings of your browser.

9.1 Force majeure
In the event of circumstances that are not under human control and that humans cannot prevent (for example fire, extensive labor conflict, environmental disasters etc.), an exception where the service cannot be performed will apply. Such an exception therefore applies under the assumption that the service cannot be performed under these circumstances.

9.2 Change of contract
After the customer has made a purchase, Botanik.no has no right to change the terms of the purchase in question unless otherwise agreed.

9.3 Disputes and laws
Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these conditions shall be dealt with exclusively by a Norwegian court.
